18 to 960W enclosed AC/DC supplies are for industrial use

The TXLN series of AC/DC power supplies are supplied in metal enclosures by Traco Power. The supplies have a wide output range of 18 to 960W and are designed for industrial applications.

Single, dual and triple output model options are available. The output is split into 12 power levels to meet different industrial requirements. The universal input range is 85 to 264V AC and efficiency is up to 91%. The supplies also have an active power factor correction (PFC) above 0.95 above 100W as a standard feature.

Models up to 200W are convection cooled, models from 320W and above have an internal fan. 

The supplies are compliant to EN 61000-3-2 for EMC operation. They are also certified to IEC/EN/UL 62368-1 safety approvals for the Low Voltage Directive. Safety features include short circuit, over-voltage and over-load protection. The low profile, compact metal case is fitted with screw terminal block connection, designed to be easy to install in new and existing equipment. 

The series has been introduced to replace the company's TXL series of power supplies and uses the same design principles to ensure a smooth upgrade transiton, says the company.

The supplies are covered with a three-year warranty.
