This PMP4736 is a general pourpose quasi-resonant isolated flyback: starting from universal line and delivering 9.6V @ 1.3A. The converter benefits from the cascode" topology to reduce further the no-load losses (here 80mW @ 230Vac) and to achieve very fast startup time."
