The MAX4854H/MAX4854HL analog switches operate from a single +2V to +5.5V supply and can handle signals greater than the supply rail. These devices feature four low on-resistance (7Ω) single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches, with 27.5pF on-capacitance, making them ideal for data signals.
