Schottky Rectifiers With Ultra-Low 0.35-V Forward Voltage Drops in the Miniature MicroSMP Power Package
Vishay has launched two new Schottky rectifiers with ultra-low forward voltage drops of 0.35 V at + 85 °C and 0.4 V at + 25 °C. Featuring the miniature MicroSMP power package and voltage ratings of 20 V (MSS1P2U) and 30 V (MSS1P3U) at 1 A, the devices provide high current power density and low thermal resistance to enable space-saving designs.
The The MSS1P2U and MSS1P3U feature a peak forward surge current of 30 A and maximum junction temperature of + 125 °C. Ideal for automated placement, the rectifiers meet MSL level 1, per J-STD-020, LF maximum peak of + 260 °C. The devices are RoHS complaint in accordance with 2002/95/EC and WEEE 2002/96/EC, and are halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21.
Samples and production quantities of the MSS1P2U and MSS1P3U rectifiers are available now, with lead times of eight weeks for larger orders.
