New Panjit VF bridge GBJ and GBU series now at Rutronik
Rutronik is adding the new ultra-low VF bridge rectifier series GBJ and GBU from Panjit to its product range.
The components were developed using oxide planar chip junction technology and equipped with PI protection layers, which raises the performance as well as reliability of the series to a new level. They impress with a particularly low forward voltage of 0.74V and an actual leakage current of just 20µA at 125°C in each case.
The bridge rectifiers also benefit from the enormous process stability in wafer manufacturing, creating high-quality components for a wide range of power applications, e.g., in servers, telecommunications, gaming, and other high-performance applications. In terms of the environment, the series comply with EU RoHS 2.0 standards and are halogen-free in accordance with the IEC 61249 standard, which minimises their environmental footprint. They are now available at rutronik.
The ultra-low VF bridge rectifiers are characterised above all by their high performance and long service life. With the industry's lowest forward voltage of 0.74V at 125°C, the components enable optimised use of the supplied power while simultaneously increasing energy efficiency. With an actual leakage current of just 20µA at 125°C, this bridge rectifier series enables efficient power transfer and improves system reliability as well as stability even under particularly demanding conditions.
The maximum junction temperature is 175°C. This increases the efficiency of high-power applications, for example, while at the same time improving heat dissipation capacity.
