Enhancement mode transistors in stock at Mouser
Mouser Electronics is now stocking the GS-065-0xx-2-L 650V enhancement mode transistors from GaN Systems.
These devices are 650V gallium nitride-on-silicon carbide (GaN-on-SiC) enhancement mode transistors featuring industry-standard 8mm x 8mm PDFN package, improved thermal performance, and better cost performance.
They offer a 2.8mm creepage distance and also provide easy adoption as the pins are compatible with IFX and other GaN vendors.
Typical applications include high-power adapters, TV/audio SMPS, motor drives, LED drivers, AC/DC power supplies, solar inverters, wireless power, industrial, and telecom/server SMPS.
