Charge multiple devices at classic charger speed

energysquare is a new generation of wireless chargers that will allow you to charge multiple devices at the same speed as classic chargers, just by putting it on a wide and ultra-thin pad. No induction or electromagnetic waves, the charge is made with energysquare's patented conduction charging technology.

The patented energysquare technology includes two elements:

A charging surface, connected to the mains and made of conductive squares inlaid into an insulated material; and
A thin and adhesive sticker that is installed on the back of your phone. This sticker carries two conductive electrodes and a connector that can be plugged on the charging socket of the device you wish to charge. When the device equipped with the sticker is put on the surface, charge will begin automatically by physical contact.

The surface and the sticker have been designed in order to ensure that there will always be a contact between the two electrodes and two conductive squares (a negative pole and a positive pole). Embedded electronics then deal with device detection and power distribution.

The first product, currently being industrialised, is a wireless charging surface compatible with all smartphones and tablets. You can use it either at home (bedside table, desk, coffee table, etc.) or at work (meeting room, offices, open spaces).

It has been driven by the simple idea that our phones spend a lot of time on surfaces. energysquare aims to make you forget that you’re actually charging so that you always stay charged, wherever, whenever. The project is on a pre-industrialisation phase with several beta prototypes working and given to real people, families and offices. The Kickstarter campaign will help industrialising a first batch and build the first step of a wireless future!
