Mark discusses the trials and tribulations of the turbulent times that Mouser has recently experienced in distrubiton – but also the success that the company has recently seen.

"It sounds bizarre," says Mark, "but an allocation market for a distributor is not an enjoyable one ... You're dealing at the front end with customers who are quite rightly very unhappy. ... But by the time we hit January the first and looked back on the numbers, we see that we've grown by a billion dollars this year – that's when you say, 'Yeah, that's probably the best year we've ever had'".
