Vishay Extends 140 CRH and 150 CRZ Series Surface-Mount Aluminum Capacitors
Vishay Intertechnology, Inc today announced that its high-temperature 140 CRH and low-impedance 150 CRZ series of surface-mount aluminum capacitors have been extended with new devices that meet the rigorous IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020 soldering guidelines for severe reflow conditions.
The As polarized aluminum electrolytic capacitors with a non-solid, self-healing electrolyte, the AEC-Q200-qualified devices are ideally suited for filtering, smoothing, buffering, and voltage decoupling applications. Typical end products will include automotive power trains and chassis electronics; industrial drives, automation, and equipment for renewable energy; SMPS units; domestic appliances and building control; and telecom equipment.
The RoHS-compliant 140 CRH and 150 CRZ capacitors are charge- and discharge-proof, so there is no peak current limitation. For vibration-proof performance, the devices are offered in 4-pin and 6-pin versions.
Samples and production quantities of the new capacitors are available now, with lead times of 12 to 18 weeks. Follow Vishay aluminum capacitors at http://twitter.com/vishayindust.
