Vandal-proof and water-tight pushbutton switches
New vandal-proof and watertight pushbutton switches extend the wide product program
of Greatecs (www.greatecs.com). The offered switches (PAV22 and PAV25 series) are
vandal-proof according to IK10 standard and dust / water-tight according to IP65. Due to
the use of high-quality stainless steel these switches are suited for harsh environments
and public areas.
Custstandard colors are red, green, yellow, orange, blue and white. There are several
standard engravings available, customized markings are also possible by request. The
mounting holes have a diameter of 22mm (PAV22 series) or 25mm (PAV25 series).
Both series are available as momentary or latching switch, the mechanical life-time is
min. 1,000,000 cycles.
The IK10 standard means a resistance to impact energy up to 20 Joule. In summary the
new switches series offer an innovative solution against vandalism and the ingress of
dirt and water. In addition the switches are offered at an attractive price level.
