Littelfuse - SP3011 Series with Fully Integrated ESD Protection for USB 3.0
Littelfuse announced the introduction of the SP3011 Series for USB 3.0 ESD protection, a six-channel, ultra-low capacitance diode array packaged in a 3.5x1.35x0.5mm µDFN-14. The SP3011-06UTG presents an extremely low parasitic capacitance of only 0.40pF, which minimizes signal degradation on the four super-speed (5Gbps) and two legacy (480Mbps) data lines. Furthermore, each channel provides ESD protection at the maximum level specified in the IEC61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4, ±8kV contact discharge).
It iThe new SP3011 Series is RoHS compliant and complies with the following standards:
* ESD, IEC61000-4-2, ±8kV (contact), ±15kV (air)
* Lightning, IEC61000-4-5, 3A (tP=8/20µs)
* EFT, IEC61000-4-4, 40A (tP=5/50ns)
