New 1350nm Laser Source
LASER COMPONENTS is pleased to announce the availability of SemiNex’s high power 1350nm laser products. Prototypes are now available for immediate shipment, available in raw bars, chips, sub-mounts, as well as fibre coupled packages.
The Laser sources with 19 emitter bars exceed 40 Watts CW. The slope efficiency is greater than 40%. Single emitter 1350nm sub-mounts yield 6 Watts CW power, and fibre coupled products provide 4.8 Watts CW power.
