The REF70 is a family of high precision series voltage references that offers the industry’s lowest noise (0.23 ppmp-p), very low temperature drift coefficient (2 ppm/°C), and high accuracy (±0.025%). The REF70 offers a high PSRR, low drop-out voltage and excellent load and line regulation to help meet strict transient requirements. |

UnitedSiC have launched an upgrade to its FET-Jet Calculator. This new version (v2) streamlines the SiC FET and Schottky diode selection process and simplifies the analysis of all power related results. First launched in March, this registration-free online tool facilitates the designer’s selection and performance comparison process, in different power applications and 26 topologies. With more available topologies, FET-Jet Calculator now supports a wider range of power applications, making UnitedSiC FETs accessible to anyone looking to work with SiC for the first time or experienced designers seeking the best SiC device to suit their design. |

Infineon Technologies and Robert Bosch are launching a new low-loss diode called Active Rectifying Diode for light vehicle generators. It enables an increase in generator efficiency of up to eight percent compared to conventional power conversion methods and facilitates generators to qualify as eco-innovations as defined by the EU. Deploying the new diode can reduce the CO2 emissions of a car by up to 1.8g/km. Since it can replace standard devices one-to-one, the Active Rectifying Diode can easily be applied even to generators and cars that are already in series production. |

The LM5157x-Q1 device is a wide input range, non-synchronous boost converter with integrated 50-V, 6.5-A (LM5157-Q1) or 50-V, 4.33-A (LM51571-Q1) power switch. The device can be used in boost, SEPIC, and flyback topologies. The device can start up from a single-cell battery with a minimum of 2.9 V. It can operate with the input supply voltage as low as 1.5 V if the BIAS pin is greater than 2.9 V. |
