With a fully integrated 110mΩ high-side power MOSFET and 80mΩ low-side power MOSFET, it provides high-efficiency step-down DC/DC conversion from five and 3.3V input rails.

Texas Instruments (TI) has introduced a small buck-boost charger integrated circuits, which integrate power-path management for maximum power density and universal and fast charging at up to 97% efficiency. The BQ25790 and BQ25792 support efficient charging and ten times lower quiescent current through USB Type-C and USB Power Delivery (PD) ports in small personal electronics, portable medical devices and building automation applications.
