HiRel high temperature products overview
Texas Instruments HiRel has introduced a portfolio of standard catalogue semiconductor devices for extreme temperature operation. These components form a complete signal chain roadmap for High Temperature (HT) industrial and aerospace applications.
TI HT parts are characterised to +210°C, operate in an extended temperature range of -55 to 210°C and have a high temperature operating life of 1,000 hours.
