At embedded world 2025, Tim Beach, Director of Business Development at Lantronix, discusses the company's focus on connect and compute technology.
Lantronix offers a complete line of Qualcomm-based Systems on Modules (SoMs) and development kits (dev kits) for embedded development. The company uses Qualcomm's low power consumption and high-powered processors which is ideal for Edge Computing with solar or battery power.
Lantronix provides comprehensive engineering services, from design specification to certification, and caters to industrial IoT markets. They are launching a new product based on the Qualcomm 8550 chipset, featuring low power consumption and AI capabilities.
