RFMW buys Germany-based MRC Gigacomp and MRC Components

Both MRCG and MRCC represent and distribute industry-leading manufacturers of RF, microwave, millimetre-wave components, in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Benelux.

The agreement extends RFMW’s footprint across Europe, and it enhances their position as a highly skilled, experienced and technical, sales and marketing organisation.

The transaction is subject to merger clearance approval, and is expected to close on March 31, 2023.

The deal follows RFMW's acquisition of Spantech Technology Solutions, a specialist RF and microwave distributor based in Spain.
