Distributor Mouser Electronics is equipping engineers and agricultural professionals with an easy-to-navigate resource library focused on the latest advancements and technologies in the field of agriculture.

From robotic solutions to embedded systems, Mouser's Smart Agriculture hub gives users access to a world of innovative products and solutions to further drive farming industries into the future.

The resource library is offering an expansive lineup of articles, blogs, products, eBooks and more, exploring topics such as vertical farming within smart cities, data fusion, and building a smart greenhouse.

Mouser is stocking and shipping the following solutions for smart agriculture applications:

  • The IPW Series outdoor antennas by Linx Technologies provide a ground-plane independent, IP67-rated dipole antenna solution that mounts permanently to metallic and non-metallic surfaces. The Linx Technologies IPW Series outdoor antennas are available for cellular, Wi-Fi, and LPWA / ISM frequencies and are ideal for remote sensor networks.
  • The Eduponics mini kit from STEMinds is designed to demonstrate the integration of IoT and smart agriculture. The included board features onboard environmental sensors and supports the C programming language in the Arduino IDE environment and MicroPython in Thonny IDE.
  • The T9501 from Amphenol Advanced Sensors is an IP67-rated humidity and temperature sensor that offers an advanced, cost-effective sensing solution for virtually any type of harsh-environment application. The T9501 sensor is based on a capacitive polymer sensor chip, and ASIC integrated into an easy-mount OEM package.
  • The J Series 2835 Photophyll Select LEDs from Cree LED feature an advanced spectrum with blue and green output tuned for horticulture applications. The J Series 2835 Photophyll Select LEDs are designed to replace the white LEDs that are common in two-channel white + red horticulture luminaires. By maximising green content and minimising red content versus standard lighting LEDs, these devices enable significant enhancements to luminaire cost and performance.
