Noyce Kilby acquires Lithuanian company
Noyce Kilby Electronics, a recently established firm based in Hong Kong, focuses on electronics design and manufacturing and has completed its first acquisition by purchasing a company in Lithuania.
Despite being new to the market, Noyce Kilby's founders bring over two decades of industry experience, providing a strong foundation for its planned expansion in Europe.
With this acquisition, the company has secured a site in Lithuania, where it intends to develop a modern, 2,500-square-metre manufacturing facility, fitted with three Surface Mount Technology (SMT) lines. Noyce Kilby aims to expand its Lithuanian workforce to around 40 employees by 2025.
The move into Lithuania highlights Noyce Kilby's strategy to tap into Europe's engineering expertise and streamline its logistics.
“Lithuania offers a unique combination of skilled labor and proximity to key European markets,” said Vlada Zaveckaja, Director, Noyce Kilby. “By combining the expertise of our founders with Lithuania’s strategic location, we are well-positioned to offer our clients faster turnaround times and expanded production capabilities.”
