ElectroRent is bolstering its presence in mainland Europe with a move into a new, larger facility in Mechelen, Belgium.

The company, which rents and distributes test and measurement equipment, says it will enhance support for European customers by stocking more products, streamlining logistics and strengthening technical support.

The 3,000 square metres facility is three times bigger than ElectroRent’s previous facility, enabling 1,000 meters of shelving space, a four-times increase.

“It gives us more capacity for asset management,” explains Mike White, ElectroRent’s Chief Excutive Officer.

“We will be able to increase our inventory by 50 per cent, we will have more laboratory space, enhance our in-house calibration operations, and bring in new distribution inventory.”

Logistics are supported by close proximity to Brussels airport.
