HBM has announced the date of its latest webinar on Smart Technologies for Mobile Testing, which takes place at 9.00am on Thursday 23rd November 2017.

As each individual project features its own requirements, mobile vehicle testing can often present a variety of challenges, in particular for measurement data acquisition. With this in mind, systems and software demand a high degree of flexibility and functionality.

In this free 30 minute webinar from HBM, Thomas Markwitz, Product Manager of Test and Measurement Software and Finn Lange, Product Manager for Ultra-Rugged Data Acquisition Systems, will look at which DAQ systems are used in which vehicles and how analogue and digital signals such as fieldbuses, GPS data and video can be recorded synchronously.

When it comes to harsh environments and performing long term tests, having direct access to measurement data from any location means that tests can be quickly and conveniently modified, without the need of a physical presence on site, meaning valuable time and cost savings can be achieved. With this in mind, this seminar will explain how new technologies can make the workflow easier by performing test monitoring far away from the measurement point.

Designed to fit in with the challenging time constraints which can often make attending relevant training courses difficult, each webinar can be easily accessed at a later date or simply used as a refresher course. As an added benefit, all registered participants will receive a link to the webinar, via email, after the presentation.
