Viscom has announced its plans for its hybrid Technology Forum in October. The event will focus on inspection technologies and other areas of electronics production.

Viscom is using the all-around positive experience from its purely digital Technology Forum 2021 to organise it this year as an attractive hybrid event focused on the latest innovation in electronics, particularly inspection technologies. The condensed, English-only part will be accessible via an online platform. An intuitive live chat function allows quick-and-easy rounds of questions and answers.

Furthermore, there will be the opportunity to watch all the content flexibly and independently on demand after the Technology Forum. Presentations can also be accessed at a later date for a limited period of time.

This year's Viscom Technology Forum will focus on topics such as predictive maintenance, scalable storage solutions, artificial intelligence, the correct handling of radiation exposure in inline X-ray; and the highly versatile, networked use of automatic optical inspection, which are hotly debated in the industry.

The latest inspection approaches, simple creation of inspection programs, performance enhancements, optimal use of interfaces, repeatable measurements and brilliant image quality will be addressed from different perspectives. Experts from Viscom will take the time to answer individual questions in detail and demonstrate tangible solutions.

For German-speaking customers and interested parties it is well worth attending in person at Viscom headquarters. In various lectures and sessions tailored to their needs, they will gain an even more detailed impression of the extensive and versatile Viscom system world. At the traditional get-together, there will then be ample opportunity to discuss important points in greater depth.

In addition, the renowned keynote speaker Peter Brandl will utilise strategies from airliner cockpits to give participants the tools to make tough decisions in flight. Karsten Schischke from the Fraunhofer Institute for Reliability and Microintegration, on the other hand, will highlight climate strategies for companies and present examples of successful sustainable transformation in business and society.
