Renesas Synergy will be presented during UK seminar
Avnet Memec will be holding a one-day workshop focusing on Renesas Synergy in partnership with Renesas. The event will be held on the 4th May, 2016, at Avnet Memec - Silica in Newbury. The session will address the challenge of software complexity and will dive into the detail of the Renesas Synergy concept. This will be followed by a series of hands-on workshops where attendees will be able to gain experience of the unique Software Platform architecture of the microcontroller platform.
Attendees will also receive a free Synergy Starter Kit to take away.
“By partnering with Renesas to introduce Synergy, we have been able to offer a detailed programme for designers who are looking to start a design at the API layer and accelerate their embedded development,” said Chris Shipway, Business Director at Avnet Memec – Silica.
“By focusing on innovation and not on writing, testing and maintaining low level drivers and software stacks, Renesas Synergy offers a revolutionary new platform concept for engineers.”
Renesas Synergy is a comprehensive embedded software platform that frees resources to develop differentiated products instead of creating and maintaining the common fundamental software functions used in many applications.
It is a complete, fully tested and qualified, systematically maintained and supported platform, which integrates software, a scalable family of microcontrollers plus a complete development environment.
“Avnet Memec - Silica is key partner for Renesas products in Europe,” said Kevin MacArthur, UK Sales Manager at Renesas. “We have been in close contact with their dedicated team of microcontroller specialists and design engineers during the development of Renesas Synergy, and we are delighted to partner with them for this event.”
The Renesas Synergy seminar will be held by Avnet Memec – Silica on the 4th May, 2016 at the Avnet Memec – Silica offices in Newbury, Berkshire.
