PVA, a global supplier of automated dispensing and coating equipment, is excited to announce its participation in The ASSEMBLY Show, scheduled to take place 22–24October 2024 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Centre in Rosemont, IL. Booth 1706.

At the show, PVA will showcase the Delta 8 four-axis Conformal Coating and Dispense Robot, a versatile and highly precise system designed for complex coating and dispensing applications. This system will be equipped with the ES Ultra Fine Spray Valve, FC100-MC Dispense Valve, and FC100-CF Film Coating Valve. Attendees will also get an exclusive preview of the latest feature release for PathMaster X, which includes significant updates to enhance application precision and operational efficiency. These updates include stitched image import using a fiducial camera, the ability to create custom canvas images from any substrate, and a configurable Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

The Delta 8 three-axis Meter Mix Robot will also be on display, featuring the PC200 Plural Component Valve and an Endurance Dispensing Cart equipped with a Servo Gear Pump and Servo Piston Pump. This advanced system includes a fiducial camera, chain conveyor, and needle calibration, making it ideal for high-precision, high-volume production environments.

In addition to the automated solutions, PVA will introduce a brand-new Manual Systems Display at The ASSEMBLY Show. This display will feature several of PVA's popular manual dispensing and coating systems, which offer ergonomic, cost-effective solutions for smaller operations that require reliable, out-of-the-box technology.

"We look forward to presenting our latest innovations at The ASSEMBLY Show," said Rod Kasperson, Global Sales Manager at PVA. "Our goal is to provide attendees with a comprehensive look at how our advanced systems and solutions can meet the diverse needs of manufacturers, from high-volume automated production to smaller, more flexible manual operations."
