Panduit to showcase innovative cable management at OMC 2017
In Ravenna, Italy, 29-31st March, 2017, Panduit will exhibit at the Offshore Mediterranean Conference & Exhibition (OMC).
The Oil and Gas sector is important for Panduit, which produces technology designed to meet the challenging needs of customers in this field. At Stand L5 in Hall 4, the company will display many products designed for optimised installation and maintenance in harsh environments encountered in Oil and Gas exploration and extraction, maintaining the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance, while reducing installation time. Products showcased include Panduit’s BlackFin power installation tools, stainless steel cable ties, heat trace Wave-Ty cable ties, identification and permanent identification systems, as well as network security systems. In addition, industrial automation infrastructure solutions will also feature on Panduit’s stand.
The Industrial Zone Enclosure for example is a critical component for today’s network zone architectures, providing IT and control personnel a reliable convergence point for making network drops to control panels and field devices. Panduit enclosures, racks and assemblies are NEMA 4 rated, pre-engineered solutions for reliable performance in highly demanding operating conditions.
Commented Hayo Volker Hasenfus, Director Industrial Automation EMEA at Panduit: “OMC 2017 is a key event for us. We understand the complexities of plant-level networks and controls, from monitoring production processes to optimising pathway design. Panduit’s Industrial Automation Solutions ease the deployment and increase the efficiency of industrial networks and automation control systems. Integrated and optimised architectures, solutions, and services help our customers achieve business objectives such as accelerated convergence of IT and the factory floor, quicker deployment times, broader risk management, and enhanced profitability.”
Gordon Macpherson, Strategic Account Manager for EPCs at Panduit remarked: “Panduit are very fortunate to enjoy business from a variety of vertical markets, some of which are extremely buoyant at present. In addition to being active within these other sectors, we feel it is vital to remain visibly supportive of our distribution partners and customers who are conducting their activities within the oil and gas industry at this challenging time for all concerned. It is highly likely that there has never been a more important period for the total installed cost on new projects, with ongoing and future maintenance also to be considered. We will be delighted to welcome visitors to Panduit’s stand, where once again some of our latest technology and most relevant products can be seen.”
