Panduit focus on simplifying robust networks at SPS IPC Drives 2017
At this year's SPS IPC Drives exhibition, Panduit will be showing its Industrial Solutions that simplify robust network and IIoT deployment from 28th to 30th November in Nuremberg, Germany in Hall 10.0 on Stand 630. The solutions help customers develop, enhance and care for a future ready plant infrastructure to reduce uncertainty and increase productivity, profitability and reliability. Visitors can learn and find out if their infrastructure is ready for Industry 4.0.
“At SPS IPC Drives 2017 we are concentrating on our solutions that support: Connecting Enterprise and the Plant Floor, Distributing Ethernet Throughout the Plant Floor, Connecting Machine to Plant Floor Architecture, Deploying Ethernet on Machine, and Strengthening the Network from the Ground Up,” commented Hayo Volker Hasenfus, Director Industrial Automation EMEA at Panduit.
“For today’s companies it is very important to identify if their existing plant network is capable of implementing and managing the requirements the IIoT/Industry 4.0 and digital connectivity bring and what they need to do to bring their plant network up to speed for the latest requirements,” he added.
Products and solutions on display at Panduit’s stand will be the new PROFINET Industrial Ethernet solutions. IntraVUE Version 3.0 Industrial Network Visualisation and Analytics Software, providing intuitive industrial network visualisation to everyone supporting the plant floor.
SynapSense wireless environmental monitoring system that provides a low cost, easy‐to‐deploy solution to gather, communicate, and visualise environmental data within your facility for improved reliability, product quality and energy optimisation.
The Pre-Configured Industrial Distribution Frame (IDF) provides design flexibility for deploying and protecting rack mount Ethernet switches. It is 25% faster to install than comparative products and offers three times the typical cooling capacity.
New to Panduit’s product portfolio is the OptiCam 2 fibre termination tool, offering simple to use, ‘right-first-time’ termination together with an instantly calculated and accurate insertion loss value.
The new tool provides installers with a fast and reliable fibre termination system. It improves productivity by reducing installation time and scrap, as well as decreasing cable re-work.
Furthermore, on display will be the Pre-Configured Micro Data Centre (MDC), enabling rapid installation of switch, server, and storage devices.
The Universal Network Zone System delivers consistent deployment for DIN mount industrial switches with up to 75% faster installation than do-it-yourself options. A range of control panel solutions will also be shown at Productronica.
