Next-gen data roadshow begins to tour the UK
‘Building blocks for next-gen data centres' roadshow to display the latest high density optical fibre infrastructure solutions for data centres.
Over the next three weeks HUBER+SUHNER will tour the UK, displaying its brand new IANOS 19’’ modular high density optical fibre solution alongside the latest high density optical fibre infrastructure solutions for data centres. The roadshow follows HUBER+SUHNER’s successful launch of IANOS at Data Centre World in London this past April.
“The Roadshow has already visited several countries throughout Europe this year, where the feedback from our Data Centre customers has been extremely positive,” Urs Ryffel, COO Fiber Optics at HUBER+SUHNER. “We are very much looking forward to touring the UK, especially after the successful debut of IANOS at DC World London.”
The Switzerland-based company’s building blocks collection consists of a wide portfolio of the components needed to create a Data Centre that will stand the test of time. IANOS is a unique fibre management system designed to accommodate a quick, simple and inevitable upgrade path from 10G serial to 40G and 100G parallel optics. The new IANOS concept facilitates Base-2, 8, 12 and 24 pre-terminated cable systems for best in class density, speed of installation, handling and scalability, all of which are key factors in future-proofing data centres.
In addition to IANOS, other HUBER+SUHNER technology on the Roadshow will include optical transport systems, balanced copper solutions, Optipack cable systems, fibre optic containment systems, 19" racks and the LiSA high density cross-connects system.
