NEPCON China 2015 to showcase advanced SMT

The SMT section has long been the best-known part of NEPCON China. At the 2015 event, as always, leading SMT brand names will take part. The solutions on show will include printers from ASM, Panasonic, Speedline, GKG and Desen; dispensers from Nordson, Anda and Axxonauto; welding equipment from ERSA, BTU, HELLER, Nitto Denko, JT, and Folungwin; SMT from Juji, Juki, Panasonic, Samsung and MYCRONIC; AOI test equipment from Omron, Saki, TRI, AOI China, Jutze and Hollytek; X-Ray equipment from Shimadzu, Scienscope and Cetek; as well as refurbished workstations from ERSA, OK International and Quick. The show is a one-stop destination for industry practitioners, who will enjoy one-on-one services and hospitality.

Automation is key to today’s electronics manufacturing industry as upgrading becomes vital. NEPCON China serves system integration by connecting automation providers, system integrators and non-standard equipment suppliers with end users and buyers through a one-stop trade and exchange platform.

Intelligent Automation, a comprehensive automation solution, will feature at NEPCON China 2015. Suzhou Dezhi will highlight its online ICT/FCT test equipment as part of its comprehensive new automated test solutions. The event organisers will work with Scitech Automation Alliance and Ethercat to launch NEPCON & Smart Factory 1.0 Forum, bringing together experts to explore new applications and solutions in electronics manufacturing automation.

The NEPCON China 2015 organisers will work with industry associations to launch a range of colourful activities during the show. 2015 is the 30^th anniversary of SMT’s introduction to China, as well as the 25^th anniversary of NEPCON China. The organisers will work with SMT associations across the country to host commemorative events to mark these milestones.

To improve ROI for participants, NEPCON China continues to offer a Targeted Attendee Programme (TAP), a business platform for trade visitors with procurement intent. The TAP is a high-end communication channel for procurement decision makers and exhibitors. Through the initiative trade visitors get to learn about new products and technologies and talk face-to-face with exhibitors.

High-end services are available for TAP customers, ensuring a high-value show experience. Based on in-depth pre-event research in last year, the TAP team matched 65 exhibitors with visitors. This facilitated over 130 business discussions onsite and resulted in $79m worth of deals. The one-on-one business matching service was well received by exhibitors and visitors alike.
