At embedded world 2014, February 25-27, in Nuremberg, Germany, Microsemi will be exhibiting from Hall 1 Booth 121. Company representatives will be on hand to address how Microsemi’s innovative products balance processing horsepower and connectivity of embedded systems with high-performance, low power, reliability and security.

Showcasing its industry-leading semiconductor products and solutions that tackle the challenges of embedded systems, Microsemi’s in-booth demonstrations will include: how to secure the IoT by secure booting an embedded processor; Chip Scale Atomic Clock, an Atomic Clock with all the benefits of SWaP; SmartDebug, a noninvasive run-time FPGA debugging technology; Universal Frequency translation which works for any rate, any port, all the time; PCI Express solutions with ultra-low static power FPGAs; an innovative ultra-low-power Sub-GHz RF transceiver; and six-axis sensor-less motor control on a single SoC FPGA.

Additionally, Microsemi will participate in several technical presentations at the show. On February 25th, at 1:30-2:00 pm, James Jeun, Ecosystem Marketing Manager, Microsemi, will present his paper "In-circuit FPGA Debug−Challenges and Solutions". Tim Morin, Director of Marketing, Microsemi, will deliver his presentation "Securing Reconfigurable Devices and Designs Against Insiders and Other Supply Chain Threats" at 4:45-5:15 pm, later the same day. Tim will also deliver a second presentation "Protecting Your Embedded System Boot Process from Network Threats" on February 27th, at 2:00-2:30 pm.

Microsemi has invited hardware and software engineers, system architects, FPGA designers, project engineers, researchers, development executives, production representatives and others interested in the latest technologies related to embedded solutions to visit them at embedded world 2014 (Hall 1 Booth 121).
