M+W Group to support advancement of printed electronics at LOPEC
M+W Group aims to support the development and production of innovative printed electronics applications by providing precision process control solutions. A subsidiary of the global engineering and construction company, M+W Products, will exhibit at LOPEC 2016 (Munich, April 6-7th) – the world's leading event for printed electronics.
Printed Electronics opens up possibilities for numerous innovative applications, such as smart labels, printed sensors, flexible displays, and organic photovoltaics. Consequently, the technology is one of the key drivers behind the IoT. Many companies from different industries and all stages of the value chain have recognised the potential of printed electronics and are meeting up at LOPEC in Munich (April 6-7th) to share their developments and discuss ideas.
M+W Products is proud to be one of over 140 exhibitors at this year’s LOPEC. The company will be exhibiting in Hall B0 at Booth 514 (near the Conference Catering area). “The exhibition is a chance for us to be among the first to support the large-scale application of this new and exciting technology”, explains Chris Meyer-Bowing, Head of Sales and Business Development. “Printed Electronics enables us to apply our extensive knowledge of process control technology in new areas that will play a crucial role in shaping the future of consumer electronics, healthcare, energy management, and the manufacturing industry.”
During the two exhibition days, M+W Products will provide information about precision process control solutions that are already well established in conventional semiconductor manufacturing. The company is looking forward to many productive conversations about how these products as well as customised solutions can further increase the yield and quality of printed electronics.
