Lane Electronics lines up connectors for DVD2022 outing
Lane Electronics will be showcasing their extensive portfolio of robust and waterproof connectors at DVD2022 located at the Millbrook Proving Ground (September 21 – 22).
Products of note on display at DVD include:
- The latest addition to the LEMO M Series featuring specially developed high-power contacts designed for the most stringent high power distribution requirements. Seven different contact layouts have been introduced handling up to 430A in unipole and multipole options with new gold-plated low-resistance high-power contacts. Utilising the field proven light and ultra-compact M series’ bodies across five of the existing shell sizes the high levels of mechanical and environmental protection makes these new high-power variants a perfect choice for high power distribution of electronic devices and electric drive vehicles.
- The new Neutrik FIBERFOX expanded beam fibre-optic circular connector range which is compatible with all MIL-DTL-83526 systems and provides a high-reliability connector system for harsh environments. With the inherent cyber-security characteristics of optical transmissions and no contact or wear between the optical surfaces the Fibrefox connectors provide excellent performance for sensitive communications and sensing technologies in difficult conditions.
- Weald Electronics’ extended range of metal dust caps and connector backshells for MIL-DTL-26482 series 1 and MIL-DTL-38999 series III connectors. Designed and manufactured in the UK using high quality materials and exacting assembly standards, they provide the highest levels of performance and reliability, with quick delivery from Lane Electronics’ extensive stock profiles.
DVD2022 is jointly sponsored by Defence Equipment and Support (Land Equipment) organisation and Army Headquarters, the MOD teams responsible for equipping and supporting the UK’s Armed Forces for current and future operations.
