Fisnar Europe & Fluid Research to share show stand
Fisnar Europe and Fluid Research have announced that they will be sharing a stand at Southern Manufacturing 2015, which takes place from 10th to 12th February. The companies, both owned by Ellsworth Adhesives, will be at stand M85. Southern Manufacturing is free for visitors to attend and will showcase a wide range of industrial technology, machinery, electronics, production hardware, automation and specialist engineering services.
Amongst the equipment on display on the stand, is the LC50 Simplex P, a meter mix and dispense machine from Fluid Research. The LC50 Simplex P is a smart, reliable and efficient table top machine, designed to suit a wide range of manufacturing requirements. This cost-effective, entry-level piece of equipment benefits from a parallel fixed ratio drive mechanism, ensuring consistent processing of material from low to medium viscosity.
Visitors to the stand will also have the opportunity to see the Fluid Research Twinflow FR1 in action. With volumetric ratio ranges from 1:1 to 35:1, this piece of equipment can be used for processing epoxies, polyurethanes, silicones, acrylics and other two or three component resin systems. However, at the show the machine will be specifically set up to demonstrate LED lighting potting.
Fisnar Europe’s F4300N, a compact-sized desktop robot with a working area 300x300mm, will also be on display at the event. The rebot’s reduced bench top footprint makes it a suitable robot for automating a dispensing application that may be currently performed manually. Programming is by teach-pendant, using dispensing software that walks the user through step-by-step instructions to create an advanced dispensing operation in minutes.
John Henderson, Managing Director, Ellsworth Adhesives Europe and its subsidiary companies, commented: “By combining the expertise of Fisnar and Fluid Research, our capabilities in dispensing equipment are stronger than ever. We look forward to showcasing a snapshot of this offering to the UK manufacturing community at Southern Manufacturing next week.”
