EBV Elektronik and Infineon collaborate on ‘Power for AI’
EBV Elektronik, an Avnet company, and Infineon Technologies announce the launch of their joint communication activities on ‘Power for AI’ at this year’s electronica exhibition.
Both companies are focusing on delivering power solutions that will fuel the next generation of artificial intelligence (AI) applications, reinforcing the companies’ shared commitment to a sustainable and efficient AI-driven future. To create awareness for this topic throughout electronica 2024, visitors will have the opportunity to explore five joint EBV and Infineon pop-up booths, located across various exhibition halls at the event. Visitors to these booths can also enter a prize draw, including the chance to win a Samsung Galaxy Watch 7.
The ‘Power for AI’ campaign highlights that both EBV and Infineon are trusted partners in the AI revolution. Infineon’s power management solutions, including new WBG technologies such as silicon carbide (SiC) and gallium nitride (GaN), are driving efficiency and power density across industries, from data centres to automotive, industrial, and IoT, such as smartphones, vehicles, appliances, and PCs. The manufacturing industry will also use AI to improve efficiency and productivity. All these applications require new power solutions to enable AI-driven evolution.
“We’re incredibly excited to collaborate with Infineon at electronica 2024 to shine a spotlight on how our joint innovations are contributing to the energy-efficient future of AI on our planet,” said Uros Mali, Director Market & Technology Segments of EBV Elektronik.
