Critical power solutions on show at DesignCon 2017

During DesignCon 2017, SL Power Electronics will showcase its families of AC/DC internal and external power solutions for powering critical solutions at booth 642. At this conference for chip, board, and systems design engineers in Silicon Valley, SL Power will showcase external products that address the Department of Energy’s (DOE’s) new Level VI efficiency requirements.

In addition, it will exhibit internal and external products that provide enhanced performance to Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) standards needed for applications in test equipment, medical devices, and specialised LED lighting equipment.

SL Power technical staff will be on hand to introduce a range of products including:

TE Series AC/DC external power supply family that goes beyond complying with the DOE’s Level VI efficiency standard. Level VI+ capability together with exceeding 'heavy' industrial levels of EMC per EN61000-4-X, makes the TE Series suitable for protecting end-use equipment from harsh electrical environments – now available in ratings up to 240W.
TB110 Series AC/DC internal power supplies which are a suitable power solution for many types of noise-sensitive test equipment including analysers, signal generators and analytical instruments. Offering up to 90% efficiency, these models address problematic interference and susceptibility issues - saving development time and ensuring smoother end-product design. Feature-rich, compact and highly efficient, the TB110 product family easily fits into a 1U (1.75") chassis and provides up to 110W of power.

In addition, SL Power will highlight its internal and external power solutions for operating the latest in power-sensitive healthcare devices.
