Creating IoT standards framework at IoT Tech Expo
Rafael Cepeda, of InterDigital Communications, will join a panel at the IoT Tech Expo, where he will discuss creating a standards framework for the IoT.
During the panel, the oneM2M representative will discuss the concept of standards in relation to the IoT, whether a verticalised approach can be adopted and if various standards relevant to the area can be integrated into IoT solutions.
Joining Cepeda as panel moderator will be Tim Ward, CTO at Paremus and co-author of Enterprise OSGi in Action, while Geoff Mulligan, Senior Representative at the IPSO Alliance, and Gil Bernabeu, Technical Director of the GlobalPlatform, will take part as panellists.
The IoT Tech Expo Global is a two day event starting on January 23rd at the Olympia, in London, bringing together key industries from across the world including manufacturing, health, logistics, energy, automotive and more. It will showcase cutting edge technology and will play host to industry specialists including IT decision makers, developers, investors and government and council officers.
