IAR Systems is once again presenting  technical seminars during the Embedded World exhibition and conference in Nuremberg later this month (Feb 25-27). Focus on Your Code is the headline topic for a series of non-stop, 20 minute, free technical seminars. The seminar schedule will be the same on all three days.

At LED China 2014, 23-26 February in Guangzhou, China, GlacialTech will be exhibiting a range of LED luminaires and drivers from the company's subdivisions, GlacialLight and GlacialPower. At the GlacialTech booth (Hall 9.3, Booth C17), visitors can see GlacialLight's latest energy-efficient LED lightning solutions, GlacialPower's LED drivers and GlacialTech LED lighting component kits.

On Stand E98, at the 2014 Southern Manufacturing & Electronics Exhibition, GOEPEL will demonstrate how systems for Automated Optical Inspection and Solder Paste Inspection help optimize production process, for both SMD and THT assemblies and for both offline and inline utilization. 

At the 2014 SPIE Photonics West conference and exhibition, imec showcased its ultra-compact hyperspectral imaging sensor technology integrated into different commercial camera vendor partners. The vendor partners included ADIMEC and 3D-ONE, both from the Netherlands, and SPIE 2014 PRISM awarded finalist BaySpec from the US.

In partnership with UK motorsport entrepreneur and manufacturer Spencer Ashley and the DYPDC centre for automotive research in Pune, Birmingham City University will be showcasing the concept and design behind what they believe could prove to be the world’s first affordable hydrogen fuel-cell powered mass transport vehicle at Auto Expo Motor Show, in India.

At this year's IPC APEX EXPO, FCT Assembly's Tony Lentz will be presenting “Can Nano Coatings Really Improve Stencil Performance?”. During and after the poster session, held between 3:30-4:30 p.m at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Mr. Lentz will be available to answer any questions regarding stencil coatings, solder paste, solder fluxes and printing issues.

At Embedded World 2014, in Nuremberg, Germany (February 25-27), Maxim will be exhibiting their portfolio of highly integrated analog solutions which feature high integration for substantial savings in space, cost, energy, and time to market. The company will host interactive demo kiosks with embedded solutions for energy management, power management, and the signal-chain.

At APEC 2014’s Industry Sessions conference program, Akros Silicon will deliver a presentation entitled: “Tripling the Power of PoE”. Faisal Ahmad, Vice President of Marketing, Akros Silicon, will present the paper, offering the audience an informative discussion on the future of PoE and how it is opening new opportunities and challenges for power supply designers and systems integrators.

Taking place in Birmingham on 26 & 27 February 2014, Fairfield have announced that they will be exhibiting various Auto ID and labelling solutions at the Packtech exhibition.
