Digi-Key, PANJIT ink global pact
Digi-Key Electronics has secured a global distribution agreement with PANJIT to offer their wide range of products including MOSFETs, SiC diodes, FRED, rectifiers and transistors.
More than 1,000 types of PANJIT components will be available for Digi-Key customers worldwide
These include high-voltage fast recovery epitaxial diodes (FRED), silicon carbide (SiC) Schottky barrier diodes, power MOSFETs that are assembled in a low-profile package, Zener diodes, ESD protection, bipolar junction transistors, and high-reliability, E-type transient voltage suppressors (TVS) that meet automotive standards.
PANJIT International is a global manufacturer and supplier of high-volume production of essential standard products within the semiconductor market
All of the company’s products conform to the certifications of IATF-16949, ESD S20.20, ISO-9001, ISO-14001, OHSAS-18001 etc.
PANJIT products are suitable for automotive applications as well as industrial, consumer electronics, power supply, computing, communication and medical electronics.
