COO Mike England leaves RS Group

In an internal statement for RS Group employees, CEO Lindsley Ruth explained, "RS Group is moving to a more regionally delivered, globally connected business, bringing end-to-end accountability to the regions and more clarity on decision-making rights. The business will therefore no longer operate with a COO structure, which means that Mike England will leave RS Group after a very successful seven years including 2.5 years as COO. We are sad to lose Mike from our leadership team and thank him for his strong contribution, passion and commitment to the business, and we wish him every success in the future.”

Ruth is currently on a leave of absence for an unspecified time period.
