CAP-XX and SCHURTER have announced a strategic Technology Cooperation Agreement.
This partnership reflects the commitment to creating a safe, all-electric, and connected society. The aim of this agreement is to strengthen the market position of both companies by leveraging synergies across research, development, manufacturing, and sales. The Cooperation will focus on collaborative projects within the field of energy storage technologies, while also allowing for future collaborations in additional areas as mutually agreed.
The agreement outlines two types of cooperation: smaller projects and idea exchanges, which will move forward without additional agreements under the existing Cooperation Agreement, and larger strategic initiatives that will be implemented using sub agreements. These will cover financing, project management, intellectual property, exclusivity rights, and other essential details. Any intellectual property developed together during the partnership will be jointly owned by the parties.
To support this collaboration, SCHURTER will provide the “SCHURTER Innovation Platform” as a centralised tool for idea sharing and technology roadmap development. This platform will facilitate the exchange of ideas and insights, contributing to shared innovation goals.
