Silicon Motion’s SM2264XT-AT Automotive SSD Controller has been shortlisted for the Electronics Excellence Awards under the Software Product category.
The Silicon Motion PCIe Gen4 Automotive SSD controller is engineered to meet the rigorous demands of modern automotive storage. Designed for high-speed, real-time data processing, it features a PCIe Gen4 x4 interface with eight NAND channels operating at up to 1,600MT/s, ensuring unparalleled data throughput for advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), infotainment, and software-defined vehicle applications.
The controller incorporates built-in SR-IOV capability, supporting up to eight virtual functions for superior software functionality and resource management. Engineered for full automotive qualification, the controller meets AEC-Q100 Grades 2/3 compliance, ISO26262 ASIL-B functional safety standards, and ISO21434 cybersecurity standards.
