Village Tronic launches new enhanced ViBook Plus USB display extender
Village Tronic, one of the pioneers of multi-display solutions, has launched a new member of its ViBook family of display extenders that provide computer users with a simple way to run several displays from a Windows or Mac computer or laptop. The ViBook Plus is one of the first devices to use DisplayLink’s new DL195 chip enabling it to support higher resolution screens of up to 1920x1200 and up to 28” with faster graphics and improved video playback that includes HD video streams.

The ViBook Plus enables additional displays to be added to desktops and laptops very easily using the universal USB port, available in any PC or laptop, to provide a low cost and easy-to-use way to increase work screen area and productivity. It is supplied with the Village Tronic multi-screen software that makes it easy to arrange programs on the screens exactly how the user wants them to improve their efficiency. For example, one or two programs can be dedicated to each screen so that they are always viable or a spreadsheet can be run seamlessly across all the displays.
