Verotec has continued its international expansion with the formation of a new French subsidiary, which will provide increased technical and commercial support for new and existing French customers. Located near Paris, Verotec SAS is headed up by Patrick Antoszczyk, who has more than seven years’ experience in the French electronics packaging market.
Verotec’s first subsidiary was established in the USA in 2008; since its formation sales have doubled and two large integrated systems orders from major defence contractors have recently been won against strong competition. As a direct result of the strong international sales performance, the UK headquarters has recently moved to larger manufacturing premises, and initial indications from the new French operation are for similar rapid growth of the existing business levels.

Commercial Director Tim Armstrong said, “Our business model is to serve our key markets by appointing a knowledgeable manager who already knows our products and capabilities and who is already a known person in the market. Patrick fits our criteria exactly and we look forward to sustained growth from our new French operation.” Patrick Antoszczyk commented, “The Vero brand name is synonymous with high quality electronics packaging and is already well-established in the French market, with customers in all the key sectors of the industry. They are a strong company and I am looking forward to significantly increasing the business levels in France.”
