Unipower LLC Announces Restructuring to Better Serve its Worldwide Customer Base
As part of an on-going, planned restructuring aimed at providing superior service/support and optimal total cost of ownership to our world-wide customer base, UNIPOWER LLC has announced the establishment of a Global Customer Service Center in its Coral Springs, FL corporate headquarters.
As aUNIPOWER LLC will continue to operate a strategic Technical Design and Development center in the UK and will be relocating this operation to a new site by December 2012 to better serve the needs of its European customers.
“UNIPOWER continues to invest in our facilities and the strategic transition of the UK Sales, Operations and Customer Service activities will allow the company to better focus on the needs of our customers who increasingly have operations throughout the world and rely on us to help them coordinate developmental, delivery, and support activities between those locations”, notes Michael Henderson, UNIPOWER Vice President of Marketing.
