TTI European Award for Supplier Excellence 2006 won by Phoenix Contact

Each year, the European Award recognizes best-in-class performance of TTI’s suppliers, based on stringent criteria that are closely tracked and monitored throughout the year. All these performance indicators are then added up on a points-based system to determine a winner.

More than just a trophy, the awards take into account the significant contributions that suppliers make with respect to the way business is run at TTI, and the level of performance that ultimately can be delivered to customers. These include sales level, growth, turnover, business systems efficiency and implementation, shipping to commit date, customer acceptance of parts and field sales performance.
