CANbus systems control expansion
Things are looking up for Bedfordshire-based Sensor-Technik UK, with turnover almost doubled during the past year, an expanded headcount of engineering staff and further recruitment under way. The expansion is proof that the company's increased focus on CANbus systems is providing the market with much needed capabilities.
AlthThe latest addition to the team is Andrzej (Andrew) Gajosz, a fully qualified hardware design engineer with experience ranging from the IC/PCB level to industrial components and systems. Andrew can advise on a wide range of topics from the component level to complete circuits, including hardware integration of CANbus components, sensors etc.
With a background in control equipment, automotive wiring and access systems, Andrew's new role will see him designing and building bespoke hardware solutions for Sensor-Technik customers. These systems can either feature direct interfaces or can be based on Sensor-Technik CANbus controllers, as appropriate, with a full range of options for functionality, environmental protection, enclosures, fixtures and fittings etc.
In addition to supplying and supporting the complete STW range of sensors and CANbus controllers, the company has built an impressive list of complementary franchises such as operator interfaces, instrumentation, motion sensors and load cells from leading-edge manufacturers including Micronor, PR Electronics, Wachendorff, Graf-Syteco, Precision Transducers, Richmond Industries, London Electronics and Datum Electronics.
