ECT’s CSG will highlight the Edge™(patent pending) – a new sharp, aggressive and shallow angle blade tip for reliable via probing on PCBs by incorporating ECT’s patented ZIP® flat technology manufacturing cost advantages. It is fully replaceable in current fixtures with 100 mill receptacles installed.
atg-LM will showcase the A5a Flying Probe Test System – an automated test for rigid PCBs. The system features a soft touch probe, eight test heads and Kelvin 4-Wire testing. The most noteworthy attribute of the system is a fully automatic loading, test and stacker system that handles PCBs of various sizes in succession without any manual intervention.
