These remote control products are part of the CattronControl family and are all safety classified along with featuring robust and customizable options and a high return on investment.

“Laird is the only industrial remote control manufacturer with a location in Brazil, which allows us to offer top-notch sales support both before and after the sale,” said Mauricio R. Julio, Laird account manager. “Our products focus on improving safety, efficiency and productivity for machine operators and attending USIPA allows us to showcase our solutions to local customers.”

In addition to remote control products, solutions on display will include the Laser Collision Avoidance Systems - LCAS, which protects cranes and hoists from contact with other equipment or end walls. The SCU32, a stationary radio remote control transmitter, will be introduced to the Brazilian market at USIPA. The redundant hardware and software architecture provides a safe and reliable radio link for many industrial applications and wireless solutions for cranes, lifting systems and machines.

Julio is also among the various industry experts who will present during the expo. He will speak on Friday, July 26. His presentation titled “The application of remote controls for a safer, more productive operation” will discuss the proper introduction of radio remote controls to guarantee a safer environment for operators with a more productive operation in the heavy industry market.
