Following a transfer of chipset products, Rochester Electronics has increased its inventory of Intel product by more than five million. As an authorised distributor for the semiconductor manufacturer, Rochester will continue to support Intel customers with ongoing demand for more than 60 unique part types, which make up this shipment. These include PCI-to-PCI bridges, I/O controller hubs, GMCH and 32-bit MPUs.

Rochester guarantees traceability and performance for every part they sell. All inventory is stored in the company's recently expanded 250,000 square foot, climate-controlled semiconductor storage facility, which includes more than 7,800 cubic feet for bonded, secure inventory.

"We’re looking for ways to help our customers every day. This latest Intel Chipset inventory, received directly from Intel, significantly adds to our available, existing stock. Based on historic demand, Rochester will be able to support customers with these products for many years," said Paul Gerrish, President, Rochester Electronics.
