PRUF LED has flipped the switch on the most cutting-edge, fully automated SMT production facility to manufacture a broad spectrum of LED lighting panels, including the only 4-foot panels produced in the United States, proving once again why the company is a leader in the LED (light emitting diode) lighting industry.
“This technology puts us at the forefront of the LED lighting industry,” says PRUF LED Chairman Greg Klepper. “We have the only manufacturing line of its kind in operation in North America which gives us the unique ability to customize energy-saving LED lights with built-in process controls.”

PRUF LED has been working with Southwest Systems to develop the automation strategy for its LED SMT production facility. “Greg Klepper and his team at PRUF LED are ahead of the curve,” says Dee Claybrook of Southwest Systems. “Their state-of-the-art automated SMT manufacturing process expands their presence in the fastest-growing sector of the lighting industry.”
