Power-One completes on Magnetek Acquisition
Power-One, Inc has announced the completion of its acquisition of the Power Electronics Group of Magnetek, Inc. Needham & Company acted as exclusive financial advisor to Power-One in the transaction.
Under the terms of the agreement, Power-One has acquired Magnetek’s Power Electronics Group for net $68 million in cash and assumption of approximately $16 million in debt. The transaction has met all applicable regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
